Kathleen Till Stange is a CPA with 30 -plus years’ experience in financial services, accounting, and communications, having most recently served as Vice President Corporate & Investor Relations with FBL Financial Group. In this role, she was the key person responsible for interaction between FBL Financial Group and the financial community, including investors, research analysts, rating agencies and financial media. She also oversaw management of FBL’s Corporate Accounting, Corporate Relations and Treasury teams. Prior to FBL, she worked in public accounting and in investor relations for a property casualty insurer. Till Stange holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Northern Iowa, is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of Iowa Society of CPAs and American Institute of CPAs. She is NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors) Directorship Certified™, is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and holds the Investor Relations Charter (IRC) and the Fellow, Life Management Institute designations. Till Stange also serves on three not-for-profit community boards: Job Rides, Inc., the West Des Moines Community Foundation and the West Des Moines Parks & Recreation Advisory Board. Till Stange was appointed to the PMMIC board in 2021. She is a member of the Corporate Governance, Business Development, and Audit Committees.
