Walkthrough Inspections

These checklists and fact sheets are designed to assist UST owners and operators comply with the new US EPA 30-Day and Annual Walkthrough Compliance Inspection requirements.

Monitoring Logs

Multiple monitoring logs for several different Automatic Tank Gauge (ATG) monitors. Our leak detection monitoring logs were created with our busy customers in mind, so they’re easy to use and understand.

State & Federal Forms

We’ve compiled several state and federal reporting forms and checklists in one easy to access location for our insureds. In most cases, PMMIC needs to be copied on any notifications submitted to the regulators, especially for site upgrades.

Training

PMMIC has provided Class A and B UST Operator training to its Iowa insureds for several years. The training is provided by PMMIC subsidiary, R&A Risk Professionals.

Training Forms

These forms are for tracking or designating Class A, B, and C UST Operators. In this section, we also include an Emergency Response Procedures template that can work for any petroleum storage tank facility.
